Visiting the website
Serving this website involves processing technical information such as your IP address, the requested page, and the time of the request. Web servers may also record the response status, browser information, and referring page in access or error logs.
This information supports delivery of the website, troubleshooting, and security. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, secure website.
We use Hetzner to host this website. Our retention period for server logs is one year.
Cookies and analytics
The current marketing website does not include analytics or advertising scripts, and its own code does not set cookies or use browser storage. This notice will need to be updated if that changes.
Early access
The early-access form sends your email address and a signup source label to Formspree so we can let you know when early access opens. Formspree also processes technical information associated with your submission, such as your IP address. No message field is requested. You can contact us to ask to be removed from the early-access list.
Contacting us
If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. We receive your email address and anything you choose to include so we can respond. Our legal basis is a legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable.
We use One.com for email. Our retention period for enquiry emails is one year.
Service providers
Hetzner processes technical information needed to host this website, and One.com processes email messages sent to our contact address. Relevant information is handled by Agilefrog AB and these providers for the purposes described above.
Formspree processes early-access form submissions. Its service uses infrastructure in the United States. See Formspree's privacy policy for its data-handling information.

Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
To make a request, use the contact page. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In Sweden, that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
